General terms and conditions
A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Credit card information is transmitted only for the purpose of booking guarantee and the card will not be charged prior to your arrival, except in case of late cancellation, no-show, or pre-paid reservations. We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club and Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit card prior to arrival.
Advance payment directly to our bank account for guests without a credit card is accepted at the latest within 3 days of booking confirmation.
Check-in is possible after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible at additional cost by prior arrangement and is subject to availability.
Booking is valid until 8 p.m. on the day of arrival. Late arrival should be notified in writing.
Check-out must be made no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Late departure is available at additional cost by prior arrangement and is subject to availability.
Children aged 12 years and older are treated as adults and pay full price.
The total amount of your room bill is paid on the day of the departure. For extended stays, please settle your bill weekly.
The prices listed are for your information only. The final calculation of the actual cost of all the services provided is done on the day of departure.
To change or cancel a reservation, please contact Reception.
We reserve the right to cancel or change any reservation, where there has been a misuse of the reservation system or where an error has occurred due to negligence on the part of the user.
Terms of cancellation:
- More than 7 days prior to arrival – free of charge
- 7 – 3 days prior to arrival – one night’s accommodation will be charged
- Less than 3 days prior to arrival or no show and arrival – price of full stay will be charged
